All you need is a heavy-duty wallpaper adhesive from your local home improvement or paint store. We recommend Roman Pro 880 or a similar product. With every order, we include a step-by-step installation guide to help you achieve a smooth installation process. Our murals come in a variety of pre-set sizes and can also be ordered as wall prints, like canvases or posters, to fit your design needs. You can choose from standard sizes or request a custom size that perfectly matches your wall dimensions.

Colors might vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the final customized product. This difference is due to varying brightness and color settings on different screens.

To ensure your picture is the highest resolution for your wall size, simply upload your image at the highest possible resolution. Rest assured, if your picture doesn’t meet our resolution requirements or standards, we won’t print it, and a member of our team will contact you to assist with any necessary adjustments.

Our wall murals are installed using glue rather than peel-and-stick options. While peel-and-stick murals can be convenient, they often lack durability and may begin to peel over time, particularly in high-traffic areas or if not applied perfectly. In contrast, our glue-based murals offer a more secure and lasting installation, ensuring they stay in place and look great for years to come.

Maintenance

To clean your mural, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. For canvases, keep them out of direct sunlight and clean with a dry, soft cloth. You can even clean them with soapy water or mild detergents,if needed but be sure to avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach on both.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges, or excessive water, as these can harm the vinyl or adhesive. Use gentle cleaning techniques to keep your mural looking great for years to come.
If removed correctly, vinyl murals shouldn’t damage your walls. However, if your wall paint is old or delicate, a few touch-ups may be necessary. Always test a small section first to minimize any potential damage.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days of placing the order. Delivery times vary based on your location, with most orders arriving within 2-3 weeks of ordering.
After you place your order, we’ll send you an email confirmation with all the details. Once your order is ready and shipped, you’ll get another email with a tracking number so you can track the delivery. If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.
Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Since our custom wall murals are made to order, we can’t accept returns or refunds. However, if your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We’ll verify the issue and arrange a return or refund within 72 hours. For assistance, check out our Returns & Refund policy or get in touch with our customer service.
If you receive the wrong item or if an item is missing from your order, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photos of the damage or the incorrect item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the correct items.
